These terms govern your use of the UTrippn iOS app and web app (together, "UTrippn"). By using UTrippn, you agree to them.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity on your account. You must give accurate information when you sign up.

Subscriptions

Some features require UTrippn Pro, an auto-renewing subscription sold in the UTrippn iPhone app. The plans, prices and billing periods (and any free trial) are shown in the app before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase. Your subscription renews automatically at the same price and period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings; any unused part of a free trial ends when you buy a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. Pro bought in the iPhone app also unlocks Pro on the UTrippn web app.

Your use of the UTrippn iPhone app is also governed by Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

Free AI trip

New users get one free AI-guided trip of up to 3 days. We may change or end free offers at any time.

AI-generated itineraries

Itineraries, routes, opening times, travel times and recommendations are generated automatically and may be incomplete or out of date. Always confirm important details, such as hours, prices, bookings, safety and entry requirements, before you travel. You're responsible for your own travel decisions.

Your content

You own the trips, notes and other content you create. You give us permission to store and process that content only to operate UTrippn for you.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse UTrippn: no unlawful use, no attempts to break or overload the service, no scraping, and no reverse engineering except where the law allows it.

Your public profile (name, @username, bio and photos) must not contain harassment, hate speech, sexual content, threats, spam or impersonation. You can report any profile and block any account from their profile page. We review reports within 24 hours and may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users.

Third-party services

UTrippn may link to or show information from third parties, such as places, maps, flights, hotels and activities. We aren't responsible for their content, availability or bookings you make with them.

Data sources and attribution

UTrippn's destination, flight and hotel search use the following data. We're grateful to these projects:

• City data © GeoNames, used under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 License. We've condensed it to the city names, regions, countries and coordinates the app uses.
• Destination photos are from Wikimedia Commons contributors under free licenses (such as CC BY and CC BY-SA). Each photo's photographer and license are linked in the app under Home → Popular → See all.
• Place search powered by Google (Google Maps Platform) and Geoapify. Directions open in Google Maps.
• Map and place data © OpenStreetMap contributors, available under the Open Database License.
• Airport data from OurAirports, released into the public domain.
• Flight and hotel prices from Google Flights and Google Hotels, retrieved via SerpApi. Links to Airbnb, Vrbo, Hotels.com, Booking.com and Expedia open those sites' own searches; we aren't affiliated with them. Prices and availability change often and are shown for comparison only; always confirm with the airline or booking site before you book.

Disclaimers and liability

UTrippn is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, UTrippn isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for losses arising from travel plans, bookings or reliance on generated recommendations.

Ending use

You can stop using UTrippn and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. If the changes are significant, we'll let you know in the app. Continuing to use UTrippn means you accept the updated terms.
